Giveaway Terms and Conditions

The Yorkshire Air Ambulance December 2024 Giveway runs from 1st December 2024 to 8th December 2024. Entries submitted after the 8th December 2024 will not be entered into the draw. The draw date for the prize draw is Monday 9th December 2024. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. No substitutions can be made for any of the prizes. The winner will be noti­fied by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within 3 working days of being selected. If a winner does not respond to YAA within 3 working days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and YAA will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the draw process. YAA will arrange for the prize to be delivered by appropriate means. The decision of YAA regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is ­final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
