Our Topcliffe-based crew flew to York in G-YAAA on Wednesday 2nd October 2024 at 17:22 to a person who had cut their hand whilst using an angle grinder. Our crew provided support on-scene before the person was taken to hospital by road ambulance.

At 4:14 pm on Wednesday 2nd October 2024, our Nostell base crew flew in G-YORX to Leeds where a person had been in a road traffic collision. They provided on-scene support before the person was taken to hospital via road ambulance.

At 1:06 pm on Wednesday 2nd October 2024 our Topcliffe-based crew flew in aircraft G-YAAA to South Stainley in North Yorkshire, to a person who had suffered a stroke. Our crew provided support at the scene before the person was taken to hospital via land ambulance.

On Monday 30th September 2024 at 9:49 am our Topcliffe based crew attended a call in the Rapid Reponse Vehicle (RRV) in Northallerton where a person had been crushed by a gate after being thrown by a bull.

After providing treatment at the scene, one member of the YAA crew travelled with the person to hospital in a road ambulance. The crew member was later collected from the hospital by our team.

Our Nostell-based HEMS team and aircraft were despatched to Castleford at 18:01 on Sunday 22nd September 2024, to a person in cardiac arrest. Sadly the person passed away.

The YAA aircraft and crew based at RAF Topcliffe, were despatched to Flamingo Land Resort in response to a road traffic collision involving a car and a pedestrian. Our crew flew one person to hospital.

The YAA HEMS team and aircraft based at RAF Topcliffe, near Thirsk were despatched at 14:48 on Sunday 22nd September 2024 to Garforth, where there had been a road traffic collision involving two motorcycles and a car. The team provided on-scene support before the injured parties were taken to hospital by road ambulance.

Our Nostell-based team were despatched by aircraft to Armthorpe, near Doncaster, at 13:50 on Sunday 22nd September 2024, where a person had injuries following a motocross accident. The team flew the person to hospital.

The YAA crew and aircraft based at Nostell, were despatched on Sunday 22nd September 2024 at 11:44 AM to a person with burn injuries in Huddersfield. On arrival, they provided on-scene support before the person was taken to hospital by road ambulance.

At 11:40 AM on Sunday 22nd September 2024, our HEMS team responded from our Topcliffe airbase to a person with an open fracture to their lower leg. After treating at the scene, the crew flew the person to hospital for further treatment.

At 9:50 AM on Sunday 22nd September 2024 our Nostell-based team flew to Armthorpe near Doncaster, to a person who had suffered a dog bite. The YAA HEMS crew provided on-scene support before the person was taken to hospital by land ambulance for further treatment.

Our Topcliffe HEMS crew and aircraft were despatched at 9:32 AM on Sunday 22nd September 2024, to Howgrave in North Yorkshire, to a person suffering chest pains. The YAA crew assessed and treated the patient on-scene before flying them to hospital.
