Will Writing Services

Will Writing Services

Your Will allows you to set your wishes for how your loved ones will be cared for and ensures that your final wishes are respected, it can also be a way of continuing to support the causes close to you.

We have partnered separately with three solicitors who offer a Will writing service. They are Irwin Mitchell, Ware & Kay/Pearson & Ward, and SorryMate. Each offers a quite different service which we will outline below. You will also find a link to each of their websites and their contact details, should you wish to instruct them or discuss the options with them further.

Please note these are not free Will Services. Yorkshire Air Ambulance (YAA) does not make recommendations on legal service providers, you should always seek independent advice and can find a list of solicitors at lawsociety.org.uk

Irwin Mitchell’s Will writing service allows you to fill out all of your details online, taking around 10 minutes, and guides you through any questions.

YAA will receive a small referral fee from Irwin Mitchell. For full details of the fees please contact info@yaa.org.uk

To find out more about the Irwin Mitchell Will writing service and to fill out their online form visit the Irwin Mitchell YAA page HERE.

Once you have submitted your form, Irwin Mitchell will contact you if they need any further information, before drafting your Will.

You can also contact Irwin Mitchell by calling 0370 1500 100.

Ware & Kay has offices in York, Wetherby & Malton and offers a wide range of legal services. They also have an office in Malton under the trading name Pearsons & Ward.

When speaking with Ware & Kay/Pearsons & Ward, please quote ‘YAA’, letting them know that you found them on the Yorkshire Air Ambulance website. At the end of each year, Ware & Kay/Pearsons & Ward will donate a percentage of their income from any Wills created for clients quoting ‘YAA’. This will be a minimum of 10% of that income.

To find out more about visit their website HERE.
